In order to perform a digital asset purchase/sale transaction using an international bank account number (IBAN), White Money, has the authority to require payment method verification.
To verify the IBAN, the user must provide:
- A bank statement that clearly shows the IBAN number and the name of the account holder.
To pass IBAN verification, you need to follow the following steps:
Step one
Complete the identity verification on the White Money website in the Document Verification tab.(If your documents have already been verified, proceed to the next step)
Step two
Take a photo of the bank statement from the front side, or prepare a .pdf file that can be provided to you by the bank's managers, or you can get it yourself through your bank's personal account for uploading to the White Money website (the IBAN number and the name of the owner should be clearly visible on the photo).
Step three
In your personal account, on the "IBAN Verification" tab, click on the "Add IBAN" button, enter your account number and upload the photos you took in step 2 or your bank statement in pdf format.
Step four
Wait for the IBAN verification confirmation by the manager. You will be notified of the verification result by e-mail.
The verification process takes from 15 minutes to several hours on business days.
If the IBAN is not verified within 24 hours, please contact the site administration.
We recommend that you verify your IBAN before creating an exchange request on the website, this will help you make the exchange without delays.
Please note that the IBAN number in the order must match the previously verified account, otherwise you will need to re-verify the new IBAN of the account.

Verification of IBAN accounts is carried out during the working hours of technical support, from 8:00 to 24:00, and can take from several minutes to several hours. If you are waiting for verification for more than 24 hours, please contact the site administration and inform us about it. The number of IBAN accounts that can be verified on the website is not limited.
