Time of payment and credits

Important! Below is a list of countries with which the service does not work in the direction of EUR Visa, Mastercard. Read it before starting the exchange, because if you pay for the order and there is a country from the list, you will need to follow the refund procedure, namely:
- Fill in the feedback form
- Write the order number and wallet address for the return of funds
- Specify the mail address from which the order was made.
The funds will be returned to you according to regulations of the service: within 24 hours from the date of submission of the order for a refund and taking into account the deduction of the commission of the payment system.
